This bachelor's thesis is focused on the architectural and constructional solution of the mobile home in variants of a wooden frame construction and a construction made of Cross Laminated Timber panels (CLT). The bachelor's thesis generally deals with the issue of wood as a construction material, its use in construction and the comparison of the selected construction systems. The work includes appendices with project documentation, static assessment, technical report, and an assessment of thermal technical properties.

Tiny House aneb bydlení na minimální ploše

This bachelor thesis focuses on the design of a new interior of a mobile home called Tiny House with minimal living space. In this thesis, a minimal space is designed to meet the requirements of a young couple. Therefore, the functionality, ergonomics and aesthetics of the space are addressed. The information for the development of the thesis is drawn from available literature, websites and research of Tiny Houses designed so far in the market. Based on this information found, a new interior design of the house was created in-house. The thesis includes an appendix with visualizations created in Sketchup and a technical drawing of the built-in furniture element.
